Before we finish the sale and you own the home, we normally do a final walk through of the home.
What is the walk through for?
The goal of this walk through is to make sure the condition of the home is as good as it was when the offer was accepted. We want to make sure nothing material has changed, like appliances going missing, or water damage or other issues showing up. The seller is responsible for making sure utilities are on so we can double check everything still works properly.
What if there’s something wrong?
If we see something important that’s changed, we’ll alert the seller with our written walk through form and the seller is responsible for fixing the issues.
