5 – I help you with a plan for decluttering and staging the home for a great showing experience, so buyers will feel comfortable in your home and likely offer more.
6 – I take care of your photography and marketing expenses, so you don’t have to choose between bad iPhone photos and paying money out of pocket.
7 – I help coordinate showings so you are most comfortable while also maximizing the convenience for buyers. This ensures you have protected periods to stay in your home, while still providing reasonable time frames for buyers to visit.
8 – I analyze each offer and calculate the estimated net profit for you. Then I present the pros and cons of each offer to you in an easy-to-understand manner so you can make decisions easily.
